Returns & Exchanges

At TGM Skateboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that assembled custom skateboards cannot be returned once the grip tape has been applied or the components have been used.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure all decks, trucks, wheels, and apparel are in brand-new, unmounted, and resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package via a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
